To keep the entire process smooth & professional, the full payment is due before we get started. You can complete your investment via credit card.
Your website copy should be fully drafted in a Google Doc or already live on your site before booking. Once payment is complete, expect a welcome email within 24 hours with your onboarding contract, mini client workbook, and Voxer invitation.
While not included in this package, I'm here to help with all your written content. From digital to print pieces – if it involves words, sign me up. Please let me know what you envision, and I would be happy to create a custom proposal for you.
I've found most clients easily go from our Site Review week to implementing the changes on their own. But if you want some extra support, you'll have the opportunity to book a Copy Consultation at a special rate as long as you do so within 30 days. This allows you to explore the changes, try them on, and come to our call with specific questions.
